Donations

As a nonprofit Community Health Center, FHCCGLA actively engages community residents, organizations, and donors to assist us in our efforts to continue to provide excellent health care to our low income and uninsured patients. Please consider making a donation today.

If you are interested in making a donation of any kind (small or large, cash, gift cards, etc.) please click on the DONATE link or contact Mr. Dennis Grizzle, our director of donor development at dgrizzle@fhccgla.org or a message can be left to his attention with Ms. Deana Lopez (562) 776-5001.

Volunteering

As a non-profit Community Health Center we strive towards providing the best quality care for all of our patients during their clinic visit starting from reception all the way through to check-out and our dispensary. Although we have many employees, often it’s just not enough to do all of the assigned tasks that we have in order to meet our goals and to meet the needs of our patients. However, through the assistance of volunteers we have found that we can get the job done!

FHCCGLA is always seeking volunteers to help us to achieve our day-to-day goals. You can help to make a difference within various departments (such as outreach, dispensary, reception, etc.) at our clinic sites. All volunteer assigned tasks vary and are based on those skills or qualities that we mutually feel that you would be qualified for based on your work experience, education, and skill level.

If you are interested in applying to become a volunteer please contact Esmeralda Peralta, H.R. Director at (562) 928-9600, ext.# 3076. Remember, as a volunteer you too can gain skills and work experience.
